DHI (Direct Hair Implantation) places each follicle individually with a Choi pen - a specialised implanter that creates the channel and inserts the graft in a single motion.
Compared to FUE, DHI gives the surgeon full control over depth, direction and angle for every single graft. The result is exceptional density and natural fall, especially around the hairline and crown swirl. Best when you want maximum density per square centimeter or an unshaven procedure.
